Eligibility: Uninsured Wayne, Oakland or Macomb Co. residents who are over
age 60 years and who need substantial dental treatment. Household income must
be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Application process
Fees: 10 - 30% of usual dental fees plus lab bills, if any.
Services: Clients will be matched with a volunteer dentist who provides general
and specialty dental services. Excludes implants, some denture services, and
some surgeries.

Eligibility: Low income senior citizens over age 65 and permanently disabled
adults. Application process open in some counties, closed in others.
Fees: donated services by volunteer dentists in their own dental offices
Services: Program matches patients to volunteer dentists. General dentistry and
some specialties are offered.
