Eligibility: Open. Must have a picture I.D. Must have a
referral slip from general dentist for oral surgery.
Fees: $60 at first visit for exam, x-ray, consultation.
Medicaid and reduced fees.
Services: Emergency care only if pt. of record, oral surgery
and general dentistry available. Sedation available.
Waiting Period: Approximately 6 –8 weeks. |

no ins. must bring a minimum of $125
